Wade R. Cordy, DVM

Dr. Wade Cordy graduated from University of Rhode Island in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science. He graduated from Purdue University in 1997 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). He practiced in Chicago until 2001, in Maryland until 2002, and then returned to Rhode Island. In 2004, he opened Harbor Animal Hospital in Barrington. His special interests include exotic pet medicine and orthopedic surgery.  Dr. Cordy has been chosen as one of RI TopVets in 2012 and 2013.

Gillian Murphy, DVM

Dr. Gillian Murphy was raised in southeastern Massachusetts. She studied at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology. Dr. Murphy then went on to study at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for her pre-clinical courses and completed her clinical studies at Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, earning her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University. Her professional interests include preventive dentistry and internal medicine. Outside of work, Dr. Murphy’s interests include baking, skiing, and traveling. She currently resides in Newport with her 3 cats, Rylee, Everett, and Max.
